i realy liked the crusade, it takes a while to get used to, but once you really dig all the songs you'll be hooked.
this album is the band's first step into a new direction and its them exploring ideas, so I know that that the next album will build on this and they'll realy hone in their sound. I I personaly cant wait. Rock the fuck on Trivium!

i used to think trivium sucked. but i love crusade. i hope by real metal you mean kreator, savatage, mercyful fate, and any thrash band that isn's "the big four" im so sick of metallica and slayer, anthrax suck and megadeth is ok

I prefer progressive, Neoclassical, Power(No not Dragonforce, they're shit) metal to Thrash. Megadeth is the best Thrash band ever.

It's not the bands that have changed, it's the fans. Our perseption is no narrow. As soon as a band comes out of the underground and gets an opportunity to try something new, we stop buying their albums, and the band dissappears. This needs to stop and we just need to accept what the bands are doing and support them.

metallica SO sold out! after they lost cliff, it was downhill for metallica. ...And Justice For All was pretty good, Metallcia was alright, but the rest was crap! ppl have to realize that their time is fast approaching it's end and there are going to be new metal bands deemed better than metallica. personally, i like Children of Bodom more than i do metallica, though they are still #2 on my list. i love how ignorant some ppl are (not that u are being ignorant)

nah, i think that after they made the black album, things went downhill. kill em all, ride the lightning, master of puppets, and justice for all, and the black album were all godly albums in my opinion. but with the start of load and relaod, they lost teir touch. they tried, but it didnt work. and as for saint anger, if ever metallica sold out, it was then. that album made them sound nu metal. it sucked so bad.

well, in guitar world they said they want to be the next metallica. I dont think that they are trying to become metallica as in be just like them, but they want to be the next generation's "Metallica" ie the biggest metal band of the time, and the most respected, influencial, etc.
