I think it's great that you're patient too, and giving them time to adjust. I came out to my parents several years before even deciding to start T. It was still difficult for them, but at least they knew it was coming and that helped. I think that when we are able, it's important to be compassionate and keep in mind that while we may have been thinking about this stuff our whole lives, it can come as a very big shock to others who haven't experienced the dysphoria personally.

Hey bud I feel your pain! I've written a letter to my folks but am waiting til after xmas to send it. Kinda worried about seeing them at xmas cause my voice is dropping (5 months on t), but I just gotta stay true to who I know I am. Also love the fact you're from Westbank. I'm from BC as well. Josh your amazing and you need to keep strong. If they see your strength then they will see that you were not creates wrong just in the wrong vessel. Remember God is the ultimate judge and only He can say if your good or bad, and what dis He say when He created human... It is good. So you are good and perfect and just need to make the vessel fit the person. Remember He has plans for you to prosper not fail and lives you no matter what the situation
