Hmm... The music is good- the drums are a perfect fit to the guitar which is simple yet effective. The only thing that lets the song down is the lyrics. The idea behind this song is pretty good. A darker more gothic twist on a love song is pretty original. I feel like you could have done a better job with the lyrics than you did.

Id suggest a rewrite... Instead of listing different body parts maybe try to find another way of implying it...
