She isn't that hot. Like most magazine spreads the photos are heavily photoshoped. In that 70's Show she looked as she really is, and awkward pasty teenage girl that only gains the affection of a similarly awkward and nerdy boy. Ironically the show also tried playing up her "hotness" but that's called acting, that with the delusions from celebrity hype, doesn't make her hot in reality.
