Is this really an HD PVR 1212 ? I don't think so. The video's quality is not great at all like the HD PVR. I model 1212 for the HD PVR and my quality is so much better than this.

my Hauppauge HD PVR is cool i just got it but is there a way i can change the fps from 60 to like 30 or 40

cuz the video is good but when i watch it it doesn't look right real skippy

60FPS is better than 30 to 40FPS. But really the Eyes can only see 25FPS.

But the reason why the video is skippy is because your computer sucks LOL :D

The human eye has no set number of frames it can notice, there is however a minimal before it gets too laggy (24fps, which is used on all movies)
