First off, anyone who tells you you are fat is an idiot, no one has the right to tell you you are anything but beautiful, and you are. Riding will help you stay in shape for sure as will working with your horse, but one of the great things about getting on a horse is it doesn't matter really your size. I would ride with you anyday, and I'm one of the skinny people, I believe any should ride, no matter what they look like. Good Job with your horses. :)
your not fat, this stigma about weight is stupid, I have watched videos of guys riding horses that were way to big/fat for those horses without doubt. yet they don't seem to consider it, could be social stigma of woman being fat guys can be fat and no one critizes them every minute or reminds them every second, or makes jokes about them rding horses.
they don't get hung up on their weight so they ride horses they shouldn't without even a second thought,
You are far from fat in fact you need thicker legs and the horse should be smaller where the part of it's back where you sit should come up to the height of your belly button, then you'd look so sexy riding the horse.
