im not trying to be mean but you set it wrong u put how tall the tire was u were suppost to put in the circumference of the tire

@dabeast716 it doesn't matter. It measures rotations, which will be the same wherever it is positioned. While the outside of the wheel will travel faster it doesn't rotate a different number of times.
