not to be mean, just a question, but didn't the beach boys had 2 drummers, one who was backing dennis drumming, i'm not sure about that, i love his drumming but wanted to ask, you probably know.

@OropherThranduil ...... the BB had a few back up drummers over the years....Ricky Fattar, Bobby Figueroa, and Mike Kowalski......all fine drummers.

However.... Dennis' untutored drum play was unique....and spontaneous.

A sound that I always enjoyed.
