this is me commenting again...my delegation was in the london eye. we are from northern california and daytona beach. this was 3 years ago. i miss that trip SO much. this video brings tears to my eyes. in the whole group video, i am in the middle. in the four group, i am second from left. we need to reenact this video, only if we get everything paid for. :)

I was even in London when the bomb threats were going on, and it was still the most amazing experience of my life, and p2p handled it so well to make sure we were safe, but had fun too.

Yeah seriously I was in Dublin Ireland at the time and my friends parents kept calling to see where we were at and if we were ok but on the way home security was tight there were drug dogs and everything!

I was nominated for the Experience Europe '08 Trip we went to the info meetings and everything! But my parents are worried about cost $5,199 we can only meet like a few hundred dollars. I'm looking into fundraising but it seem so complicted! Any ADVICE or IDEAS!! PLEASE i'm DESPRET!

Are their any people who do boy or girl scouting(u no... the cookie sellers)? Some of the sporsors of Girl Scouts sponsor things like this. I have a bunch of possible sponsors in Indianapolis. Ask Quaker Oats to sponsor you. Leave a comment on my page if u need some more info. I'll get back to you a soon as I can. I'm going to the UK and Ireland Trip '08. My dad knows this guy who knows these sponsoring people.

exactly. but i was wanting to work on it starting in like a couple weeks. but im scared that no ones gonna buy them except for maybe friends and family. :/ . sponsors could make a huge difference, im sure, but like idk how to get one or even how they help, but i need help with money. basically every single cent at least that im getting im saving in wat i call "the fund". :P. as you can tell, im desperate. well not totally, but pretty much, ya know?

They're all pretty amazing. It usually depends on where you live in the United States. Delegations from different parts of the U.S. get invited to go to different countries.

great video! I went on the same p2p trip last summer too. It was so fun and we all became close friends so quickly because of the cool experiences we were sharing. Im going this summer to France Italy and Greece. I can't imagine it being better than last years trip and group, but I bet it will be great! I am so lucky to get to go on these trips to see how the rest of the world lives and to let them know that we are all so much the same. Any of my trip friends out there? Elena

I'm going on a future leaders summit next july in ucla. i'm really looking forward to it... i have one question though... what exactly are dress slacks and khaki pants.. I'm from the the UK so i am unsure.

Dress Slacks are simply dress pants. Khaki pants are a specific type made with a material from which the name is derived from: Khaki. Its found in military clothing alot, however the pants for these trips aren't really military but more casual dress pants. Hope this helps and didn't confuse you more.
