@CatMingDu - thanks, the song in the beginning is a traditional Balinese folk song named Don Dapdape and performed here by Kadek Dewi Aryani herself. The album Bird and Flower with Balinese folk songs by Puspa Dewi (including this one) is available at iTunes and Amazon.

My great auntie is a dance guru of Bharatnatyam. She is Tamil and based in Chennai South India. I wonder if there are any similarities between Indian and Balinese dance?

If you compare Bharatnatyam and Legong (Balinese dance) you can see similarities in head, eye and hand movements
