this sums it up bring ur hands togetha evybody partied as 1 our age gruoup had the best music the best vibe the naughty (if u know wat i mean ) we were 1 nation all out n partyin n there was no trouble no grief we just partied n loved omg am i glad i was around life experience or wat woop woop bring thm days bk
I hate the song because it is not my type music .....this is my friends little girls view on this tune due to the fact shes nine and this tune is nearly twice as old as her i can she where she comin from
II have an unknown version/remix of this track on an old tape. I recorded it in the Summer of `92. The trck was more pumped with a bit of a techno flavor. It also had some repeating samples... any help on finding the name of the mix, please?
re: xenergy08's question. - The track you are after called THE SOURCE - ROCK THE HOUSE I think the mix you want is possibly the Shades Of Rhythm Remix.
That songs used to rock the club, did not believe I will hear it again. That house version is alright, the funky up tempo is better. That still works thought, can't believe we had so much great music back then!! Happy I knew this era, I would have missed on something, no comparison to the trash they putting out today.
I totally agree with you Funkycraze! The trash out today is all about killin, drugs and gangs. I really don't understand how that goes with my era. Our days were all about night clubs, cruising and boozing! I miss those times now that I'm 40 yrs old.
@yellowbird39tc Today when you turn TV on only thing you see is a bunch of "gangs" influencing drugs/sex or a crazy bitch (lady gaga) teaching kids how to be psycho and F* the world........Back then in the 90's there were problems as well but today man things are so f*ed up, back then MTV/MuchMusic were the channels to watch!.....i wish I could go back in time!
That's only true for North America, youth are so lost, and all that killing and drug consumption exists nowhere else to that extent. Ya drugs are all over the world, but the criminal activity and plain non-sense that's going on in America on a day to day basis is very unique and highly destructive. European youth is much more grown up in that sense, or perhaps just more structured and more aware of reality. But anyhow, the 80's and 90's were great decades for many reasons.
