  • I lived in Nelson in 1975 -1977 before returning to Oz with my Nelson Wife and Burnley born daughter and stepsons.

    Would love to go back but afraid it wouldn't be the same.

    Bloody fantastic people in the North!

    Maundy Grange was a life saver on a few occasions whilst I was on the dole!!

  • Thanks for showing this video of my home town. I lived here until I was 13, then moved to Australia. That was 30 years ago. I've been back a couple of times, but I STILL miss it!

  • Good to see my old Home Town of Accrington, Abbey St named after Black abbey an old monastery, its said that there are stil tunnels the go through to whalley abbey,
