I am with you, Wynn! We Baby Boomers will soon be fewer workers than those 30 years and younger when we retire and "brain-drain" the world. Who will lead our companies, communities, country? Gen Y have potential to be a high productivity workforce, not for all of the reasons you hear about, but for diverse, global, technological, social caring, and "hurry-up-because-it's-all-goi­ng-to change-soon" aspects that we do not yet fully comprehend or know how to work with.
