This is the thin end of the wedge as far as the BS pension scheme goes. The trend is if a company closes its pension scheme to new starters then within 3 to 4 years it will shut all together. If the pension scheme is closed then those currently in the scheme will not be able to get their pensions until they are 65! WE MUST STOP THIS NOW by supporting the Unions in any call for action
