The lighting of that room reminds me of a room I had in my Haight street hippy house days, it was like a cave in there, I had a window that looked into an alley and there was NO light, you could wake up at anytime and not know what time it was, it was super easy to oversleep in that apartment. that being said, at least it was never hot in there. I dont know how people can live in places with such horrifying climate extremes. wishing you guys the best of luck with that summer heat.

I heard the guinea pigs.....try having a kitten in your room and two hampsters and trying to sleep at night. the hampsters make noise cause they fight and drink from the water bottle and when tehy fight the kitten gets curious and tries to see what they're doing and makes even more noise by jumping up on the desk.....its cray!
