The only thing you need to remember is to keep following God and those that love you will follow you too! They will begin to see YOUR light shine & they won't be able to ignore that you have something they want. THAT is when they will seek to know what you have that they don't... I'm 25 years old. I am divorced and separated by two states from my two small children. I have been running from the God Ive always known and believed in for over a year now. I gave up finally this weekend. I stopped running and faced my past and my pain. God is doing exactly what this song states in my heart and soul. I confronted the person who mistreated me and told him I forgave him & that God forgave him, too. God spoke through me and I shared the power of God's love and strength to him. The most amazing moment of my life. God is so gracious.

when I listen to this song, I look back at what I have been through, all the trials and tests, and I wanna cry because now I see the purpose of some of them and how there is Peace now, and God was up to Something Heavenly, bigger than me. Joy comes in the morning, whatever you may be going through now is not destined for tomorrow or the rest of your life. Jesus can transform your life when you believe in Him.
I am so happy when i find a chat forum of a christian band that instead of defending ourselves against people who just want to start contentions among us, we're just praising God and declaring our love for Jesus Christ cause in the end, thats all that matters. I'm 15, I go through the same things most teenagers do. It started to become a problem when I started blaming God for all my problems I turned to other things and people and when those people I had nothing left..or so I thought. My mom likes to listen to Christian radio in the car and on the way back from church I heard this song and I realized I should depend on God cause He knows what he is doing and He has a plan for it and it will work together for the progress of the gospel and His kingdom!

I am currently the worship leader at my church and hope to also be the youth leader. I am 13 and i just keep finding songs where God speaks to me. I try to witness to my friends, but it gets hard at times. Can you guys please pray for me so that i can have the strength to witness to my friends? Its very scary sometimes, but i dont care as long as God is working through me.
@Lexi12Lissy13 You're not alone. I am 15 and although it is hard to preach out to people who don't know god, he will give us words to speak. And when people make fun of you for loving god remember what Jesus told us "Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake" Mathew 5:11. You will never be left alone and he will be with you always "I am with you always, even to the end of the age" Mathew 28:20
@Lexi12Lissy13 Hey, keep it up and don't shove it down thier throught like some christians do bcause that just shows them we are forced to believe instead give them a personel expeirence that they can relate to and tell how God helped you. God and christians are always there for you and i will pray that they may understand you. I am just 3 years older than you, and I find it very hard to evangelize my peers and not get shut out. It is so encouraging to see someone so young doing God's work. This world needs more people like you.

@Lexi12Lissy13 I know how you feel. It's like the closer you are to somebody, the scarier it is to witness to them. It's amazing how even Paul prayed for boldnes to tell others. I am constantly praying for just that, and I will keep you in my prayers, too. God can use the weakest person to prove His glory, and God can use you, too. These songs are a great encouragement. :)
Yeah and the closer you are to someone..the scarier it is if they arent Christian..you know what I mean? Its like...you're scared to witness to someone...but you're more scared not to...God is really working through me and lately after i pray it just comes naturally...thanks for the encouragement! This song came out around the time hurricane ike ruined everything... It was hard to go through and everything fell out of place...... This song got Me through a lot.. It was always playing in the back of My mind! No matter how much a hurricane could ruin and trash, God would have never let it happen without a reason. I see now, God gives and takes away and the only thing that will stay the same is His love!

Usually the Lord speaks to me through the local Christian station I listen to. I will get in the car, and there is a song on that very specifically speaks to me, as if directly spoken by Him. But this is the first song he actually told me to listen to, just kept giving me lyrics from it during times of prayer. So I grabbed my copy of WOW 2010 to play in the car. @amensista91 its so funny how, in bad situations, we feel we r the only one that has ever expienced(sp?) that. Time and time i agian i am reminded that i am not the only one and i am not alone. He is always there 4 us expecially(sp?) when we feel no one else is
Everytime I hear or think of this song it touches my heart. This song perfectly describes the person who feels lost, confused and utterly hopeless at figuring life out on their own. The message of hope and reconciliation rings from this song, if only we let God move us in the correct direction.

I am currently the worship leader at my church and hope to also be the youth leader. And don't worry about tomorrow what you will do or say "Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. I am 13 and i just keep finding songs where God speaks to me. I try to witness to my friends, but it gets hard at times. Can you guys please pray for me so that i can have the strength to witness to my friends? Its very scary sometimes, but i dont care as long as God is working through me.

And when people make fun of you for loving god remember what Jesus told us "Blessed are you when they revile and persecute you, and say all kinds of evil against you falsely for My sake" Mathew 5:11. God and christians are always there for you and i will pray that they may understand you. I am just 3 years older than you, and I find it very hard to evangelize my peers and not get shut out. It is so encouraging to see someone so young doing God's work. @Lexi12Lissy13 I know how you feel. It's like the closer you are to somebody, the scarier it is to witness to them. It's amazing how even Paul prayed for boldnes to tell others. I am constantly praying for just that, and I will keep you in my prayers, too. God can use the weakest person to prove His glory, and God can use you, too. These songs are a great encouragement. :)

Yeah and the closer you are to someone..the scarier it is if they arent Christian..you know what I mean? Its like...you're scared to witness to someone...but you're more scared not to...God is really working through me and lately after i pray it just comes naturally...thanks for the encouragement! When i was younger, i had to believe in my Dad's religion and it was Shaman because i'm asian. I asked him about God and he said there was no God, so i was very confused. As years passed on, my Mom and Dad divorced so i live with my Mom and her family side believes in God. I fully understand the Lord and getting closer to God as i grow older! This song came out around the time hurricane ike ruined everything... It was hard to go through and everything fell out of place...... This song got Me through a lot.. It was always playing in the back of My mind! No matter how much a hurricane could ruin and trash, God would have never let it happen without a reason. I went to this church retreat and I hadn't known of God...
As I accepted him I didn't know what to do or say to him...or what to do with my life.
I really liked what I felt when God came in me....
It was hard to give up the old ways of me and my friends didn't really understand...
Then one of the guys told me of this song and WOW it really connected...
I thank God for everything I just lay it all down and hope that God guides my heart cus I really can't do this by myself. :)

Usually the Lord speaks to me through the local Christian station I listen to. I will get in the car, and there is a song on that very specifically speaks to me, as if directly spoken by Him. But this is the first song he actually told me to listen to, just kept giving me lyrics from it during times of prayer. So I grabbed my copy of WOW 2010 to play in the car. But, what do you think was the first song the radio station played? He said with a hug, "It's time for healing......"
