I got a Nokia N8. It had horrendous network issues, it wouldn't get a call through and couldn't even receive calls. I replaced the SIM and the problem persisted, hence it wasn't the fault of the service provider. I turned it in to Nokia Care, they replaced it.
The brand-new phone that came after replacement had microphone issues. People wouldn't be able to hear me, plus it wouldn't connect to my WLAN. I turned it in again, they replaced again.

@SampsonZak Correction the N8 is compatible with a 32gb micro sd card not 16gb. I've currently got a total of 48gb on my phone :) (oh and another 32gb USB drive that I keep in my purse for the kids films).
Symbian OS is crap, this is coming from a previously dedicated N-series user, N96, N97, and when I finally got the the N8 thinking it would be Nokia getting their edge back, I hated using it so much, that I sold it after a month, now I am going to get an android phone.

@12345678983583 I was happy with my n8 as well although it just broke without a clear reason yesterday and wont turn on/charge or hard reset. :/ Hope my network provides sorts this out as i have loads of media captured on the internal hdd. Considering the fact that 1/4 people get a faulty N8 Nokia needs to sort some stuff out as well.
@stevenojops I have to admit, missing DLNA add up a bad point for N8. But through HDMI, we can port our screen to the display in any application we use which included, internet browser, games, music player and the list go on (I should say it can shows not only video).
Meanwhile, it is down to user's preference and usage, since DLNA can only be used by DLNA certified electronic.

@saznrai Nokia N8 has internal 16GB. that is more than enough but if not you can buy another 16GB memory card for it, so you would never use that.
And because your a cheap scruff - yes, that file is large because it's called high definition.
I have over 15 movies on my nokia (all 1-2hrs long), and i have lots of space left thank you very much.
Plus, you can connect a USB drive (Another 16GB). or simply use a remote hard drive (Yes nokia N8 has remote drives!)
