  • ...So...he went with the mid-western accent...good to know I sound like that Dx (From Iowa)

  • I'm the heroin?

  • @SilverSkitty heroine, like hero

  • The Minnesota one sound like Canada.

  • I am from Texas and people say I have a bit of a twang to my voice but I don't hear it. Even from fellow Texans.

  • proud to be a Minnesotan!! :3

  • He clearly went with the Ohio accent XD

  • I didn't even know people from Minnesota had accents XP

But I still like America's dub voice :D

  • They were all so funny XD

Texas would work since it's his glasses (And FUNimation is here in Texas) except for the fact that I hate Texan accents

New York is slightly less annoying but would work since HimaPapa lived there when he started Hetalia.

  • Haha yes! Minnesota!

    Best state ever!

  • Comment removed

  • even he forgot to mention he was also Canada!!! poor Matthew...

  • I'm from Minnesota and this made my day...

  • My life was made when I heard the York accent...and the Texan one sounds more like my state(West Virginia).XD

  • XD the Minnesotan one sounds almost canadian! soo true XD (from minnesota)

  • there is a reason why the guys behind the glass aren't actors they were so funny!!! >.< I love the Minnesota accent...so Canada

  • SOY AMERICA. SOY UN HERO.

That's forever my headcanon of Al.

  • i could hear the America accent echoing in my brain after every word... o.O'

  • minnesota=canada

    ...wait,who?

  • @bloodydreamsgirl duuude, dont make up names!

  • I still can't be New Yorkers have an accent. Must be the Brooklyn one XD

  • Dooooood, the Texas one sucked... I mean he's good at accents but it made that (now sexy blondie) sound like a sixty year old redneck.. The Minnesota one sorta reminded me of Canada...the New York one was just NOT Alfred! And about the Spanish one....no, just...no. Me once the America voice comes on: "YES! that's my Alfred!! That's my blondie :3"

  • @Bannasocks000 calm down, it wasn't meant to be serious.

  • ahhhh he din't try Alabamian D8

  • Ahhhh, I live in New York and been through the city WE DO NOT TALK LIKE THAT XDXDXD lmao eww.... America run, Iggy's coming with some of his hand made "snacks"

  • Ah... to be a Minnesotan.. (:

  • Ummm... let's see... how about we use the american voice for america? OH NO DUH.

  • aaawwww come on i would have loved the texan accent!

    aahhh texas.♥

  • the minnesota voice should've been used for canada

  • OMG he did awesome on that, especially the real america voice, it makes me think that he was a teen doing that :D

  • he did an awesome job don't u think

  • Come on......Not EVERYBODY in Texas talks like that...hahahaha And besides, Texas was once their own country, (You know, The Republic of Texas) so they are entitled to have their own character. HAHAHAHA

  • @KarlyleTheKrokodile actually, when you read the comic strips, you'd have to think that not just Texas but all the states, provinces, etc. need their own personifaction because Japan's prefectures were personified.

  • Press 6, and after he says America, press 4.

If you care enough to try.

  • All I did was press 5 and ended up hearing him speak spanish XD

  • LOL xDDD This was so funny I really can't imagine America with a Texas accent xDDDD

  • i <3 how at the en, their just like... wtf? that's wut u gave us to work with? ha~ jk, I love america, and Eric Vale!

  • i wish i had his voice eventhough im a girl

  • @starwarshot lol i feel the same way XD

  • hahahahahaha all he had to do was make his voice annoying, wait i just stereotyped myself *facepalm*

  • @AnimeFinatic7925 but even you dear soul cannot top my pure almost-as-awesome-as-prussia-awesomeness when it comes to acting like America.

  • @SasuNaru4Eternity that didn't make any sense

  • not all us in tekshas tal' like 'ill billies. You got a purdy goo' nerve there sonny!

    XD

  • Ah! The Minnesotan accent is good, haha! I feel like I'm back in northern Minnesota.

  • New Yorkers have an accent? Get out. I never realized it. I do kinda talk a little bluntly...

  • @SamIamNot13 You never noticed you had an accent? You say ''call'' as ''cawll'' :p or ''talk'' as ''tawlk''. Well, atleast thats how my mom speaks. She was born and raised in Newyork, but I was born in Maryland. ^^

  • @x3Treasurex3 I tried speaking it and I don't notice an accent XD I think it depends on the area. The New York accent Vale did in the video was more of the stereotypical Brooklyn Italian accent. I live in another borough... Maybe I do have an accent O.O *goes to google accents*

  • @SamIamNot13 Lol. Of course you wouldn't notice the accent that YOU have. x_x But if you heard me talk, you'd probably think I had an accents, as to wear I think I dont >_< My mom says I talk country LOL... Like for example, to say ''I don't know'' , I'd say ''I'on know'' :P Or if a word has a -ing suffix on it, I'd leave off the 'g' and say something like ''Textin' '' or ''Typin' '' or whatever. :p. The only real thing i've noticed about NY accents is the ''aw'' in some words. :P

  • @x3Treasurex3 The aw part is definitely true XD I notice I like to say things like "Aw shit" or something when I talk rather than "Oh shit" XD XD XD But it all depends on the area in New York. I live in a primarily Black neighborhood so the jargon of my area comes out when I speak (and when I get very very pissed off XD). I also see the valley girl accent runs wild amongst women and some men in NY XD Imagine if Vale did that one XD XD

  • @SamIamNot13 Lol. I'd probably die laughing. XD My mom lived in the same type of area. Plus , when I visit New York to see my grandma and aunt, the middle schoolers look like they're in high school =_= That's kind've how I am though, Im 12 and I look about 16 with my hair out.*Totally off topic* Lol~ xDD

  • @x3Treasurex3 That is completely true about that. I'm 15 and some of the freshmen are way taller than me. And I'm tall for my age. I get so frightened XD

  • @SamIamNot13 XD~ I believe I'm taller then half my teachers. And I'm the second tallest person in my class. That's PRETTY Ironic, considering that when I was a baby, I would get taken care of by my aunt and Gramma in New York. I guess it grows on you, expecially if you go there like... 3943493493 times a year. x_x

  • Minnesotans have an accent? ...|D

  • yeah eric that will do XD

  • We Texans don't ALWAYS talk like that... just some here and there but not everyone!

  • @Reige17 It's a stereotype for a reason lol

  • @DeShoXX Exactly!

  • LOL! XD

  • THANKS YOU FOR GOING WITH THE ONE YOU DID it's tons better then Texan and Minnesota

  • IM THE HERO!

  • lol I like the texas one. it's funny especially when you're from texas

  • Haha, I'm from Minnesota and I loved the accent he used!!

  • How was Minesota different than Canada's voice? It was just kind of timid.

  • hey dude, i just watched a video where you said "England looks dead sexy in a mini skirt." and 3 seconds later i died from laughing, then came back from the dead and watched it again.

  • spanish mode is better than america mode

  • General American accent.

    aww yeah. //AKA THAT'S HOW I TALK!

  • @bkreedify ME TOO :D

  • Minnesota sounds like Canada -3-

  • Haha! I'd like to hear the louisiana one lol

  • By the way is it me or when Eric did the New York accent he sounded like Joey Wheeler from Yu-Gi-Oh? xPPP

  • HE FORGOT WEST COAST MODE!

  • @Dragimal The last one is West Coast because we have no accents! xD

  • @heathrin18 Well, I was actually just thinking surfer dude accent...

  • I lol'd at his face during Spanish Mode. XD

  • I'm from New York, and I approve this message.

  • @UnitarianTurtle lol same XD are you going to hetalia day in NYC?

  • @Superspaceify WHAT? Hetalia Day?! Dude, I hate Texas! When is it?

  • @UnitarianTurtle ITS TODAY!

  • @Superspaceify Sad face. D:

  • @UnitarianTurtle I KNOW I CAN'T EVEN GO AND NYC IS LIKE A HALF HOUR AWAY FROM ME!!!! I HATE BEING SO YOUNG AND NOT HAVING A LICENSE.

  • yeah so I know I'm from Texas and we don't like talk like that here (I mean I kinda sound like normal America apperently but whateves). But still, he sounded like Bush there kinda lol

  • @iluvpokemon101

People can't really detect their own accents at all, so you probably do talk like that. Just saying....

  • I died at the Spanish Mode. Eric Vale, you are a genius.

  • LAST ONE IS MY FAV

  • SOY AMERICA. SOY UN HEROIN.

  • I'm Texan, I don't talk like this, but I forgive him for the stereotyped accent. It made my day XD

  • I'm from Minnesota, and I must say, he did our accent perfectly! XD

  • I HATE TEXAS ACCENTS!!! That isn't how we talk!

  • He nailed my accent XDDDDD *Is from NY*

  • PFFFFFFT- *Is from new york* He nailed my accent xDDD

  • I'm America, and I'm heroin! XD

  • I really didn't like the Texas one =-= That accent is only heard in a few areas here in texas; majority of our accents sound very different from the stereotypical one. Boy, do I hate Texas Stereotypes. =-=*

  • @XxMaskedPuppetxX oh yeah cause Hetalia doesn't stereotype at all :p

  • @XxMaskedPuppetxX im from Texas and i found it freaking hilarious XD

  • OMG!!! Spanish mode¡¡¡¡

  • SPANISH MODE!!!! XD

  • I'm from NY and I say, *cue western voice* "AMERICA'S GOT THE STUFF."

  • im from NY and that accent cracked me up XDDDDD

  • im from New York and that accent was SOOOOO FUNNNY XDDDDD

  • When America says " Soy un Heroin" I think he is calling himself a drug I should know Im puertorrican wich mean I know Spanish

  • "SOY (America) SOY UN (HEROIN)!!"

  • "I'm America, and I'm the hero!"

  • @1994PandaBeth actually american accents are different depending on where in the states your from. Its quite cool actually. Its actually how they talk. Eric did the accents really well

  • He's the same voice actor for Yuki in fruits basket *shivers*

  • XD I'm a Minnesotan, and I have a lot of friends that say we sound like the Canadians. Now I dunno if that's true, but that would explain the whole Minnesota thing.

  • XD Minnesota sounds like Canada. And I didn't know America was a way of speech.

  • Comment removed

  • I heard someone say: IN AMERICA on TV and I laughed so hard....I'm a pervert D:

  • I swear I heard heroine.

  • WOOOAHHH ERIC LOOKED DIFFERENT BACK THEN

I met him at the anime convention I went to :D

    He's epic.

    EPIC. MAHN. EPIC D:

  • Minnesota sounded rather Canada-ish. xD

  • Texas rofl.

  • <3 ~ this made my day lol

  • i like spanish mode

  • It sounds so cool :D I'm from the UK and I was having a discussion with my mum and we ended up saying that, to us, because we don't live in the US, all Americans sound the same - but this is brilliant! The Texas, New York, and Minnesota sound so different! It's weird but really, really cool :P Kinda opened my eyes, haha!

  • It's HETALIA! EVEN THE DAMN VOICE ACTOR GOT IT WRONG!

  • Gaah! I can't wait to stalk him at Geek.Kon! =D So excited to meet him!! X3

  • I'm from New York... That was the most exaggerated Brooklyn accent I've ever heard. xD;

  • I'm from ireland, and the only accent that I can tell from the other is Texan and spanish. XD

  • rofl this made me evaluate my texan accent and lol sir your pretty much right on the dot haha

  • soy AMERICA.

  • I love how everyone is all like "That's offensive!", because they aren't thinking. What show is this? Hetalia. It was offensive in Japanese. We all knew the Dub would be twice as much. No one saying it's offensive was mad when they called America stupid. But when it's your state, it's offensive. You're annoying. To quote the Stereotype Song, "(He's) just joking! If you didn't know, then you're a little slow, and you're probably from Poland."

  • The Minnesota one sounded kind of Canadian XD

  • @SnowingWolfGirl YES it did!!

  • Comon guys! these are supposed to be slightly offensive! I`m from Canada and we don`t speak like Canada from Hetalia does! But it`s supposed to be stereotypical! So take a joke! It`s not supposed to harm anyone.

  • The Minnesota one was pretty funny! I'm a minnesotan, and sterotypically we are very soft-spoken when compared to the rest of the US. XD (Though not always..)

I was slightly offended by Hetalia for the first time! Yay! :D

  • Minnesotans don't sound like that >:(

  • I find the Minnesota one to be offensive to people from MN like me!

    But it was still funny!

Also to me New York sounded like New Jersey.

  • @xantheyellow That's offensive for people who live in New Jersey, like me. You know we all don't have the Jersey Shore accent, right?

  • @BaymarDolly123 Yep!

  • @BaymarDolly123 You're nice

  • lol joey wheeler >.>

  • ERIC IS KING

  • @TheNightcloudHATER No. WEASLEY IS OUR KING!!! (shot for harry potter nerdyness)

  • I didn't know us New Yorkers sounded like that... Oh well!

  • YAY !! Minnesota !! :DD

  • Comment removed

  • I'm from Minnesota....WHY DO I SOUND SO LIKE THAT? D:

  • @PokemonSonicfreak SAME. Minnesotans have funny accents though, we must admit.

  • @Koramaru HANNAH ! WE DO NOT HAVE FUNNY ACCENTS ! D:<
