Lovely song...always one of my favorites. This gentler folk side of the band always made me admire their range and their musicianship. We were lucky to be kids in the 1960s and 1970s and have this band at a time when music really mattered to us. Every album was like unwrapping a gift. What a time to be young and alive!

I'd agree that's just an opinion. Stairway is my favorite Zeppelin song, but I'm young. I get that it was extremely overplayed on the radio, so older people might be worn out on it. I personally think it's musically beautiful and lyrically emotional, and one of their greatest songs.
