My understanding is that you want to work a lot of your snatch pulls somewhat lighter than your full snatch so that you can focus on really building the speed and efficiency of the pull, which translates into more weight in the full snatch.

better than mine tho i tell ya :L, no really gd, keep at it... unfortunately i know the technical know-how but i just cant do it if you get me, and im always being faced with how bad i am, so trainings not soo good over here lol... just dont try too hard on them, these make you go mad eventually :L
Thanks, I have been working on my starting position (hips lower, maintaining back angle, more back extension at start) and at the end of the pull not extending my back so much, but pulling straight up instead.
Don't rock your weight forward. ALWAYS stay on your heels through the top of the lift.
