That's one beautiful Maytag you have! I'm using a Maytag automatic from the early 70's it Harvest Gold, and I've done some minor minor restoration on it, new belts, water valve, motor springs and glides. It had the original drain hose, which I had to replace this year, because it was dried out and kept breaking everytime I attached it to the pump.
Why Thankyou it was a labor of love restoring her. Isn't it amazing how somthing can be built to last with good ole US steel and ingenuity.
