I've had some success on pain with my back (bone on bone with last lumbar disc) my knee - disintigrating disc and my hip which I don't know what's wrong other than perhaps my back is causing great pain in my hip. The pain goes away with EFT but comes back the next day or a few hours later. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? I haven't read all through the book TRY IT ON EVERYTHING yet.

It is amazing, indeed! I am STILL free of all pain in my knees...and it has almost been a year since we met at the retreat. I love EFT and share my story with anyone and everyone I see.
