"Sell out" is just a misused & overused term. Granted, there are SOME artists that care about the money, but they need it in order to make music ever once in a while, go on tour, sell merchandises for their fans, & for living. We're NOT living in a Fantasy world. I don't care how well known Anti-Flag is, even if they were big as Metallica or AC/DC, I still don't care. As long they continue to enjoy what they love to do and their music sounds good to me, I'm Happy. Anti-Flag FTW!

Why did they let people in who they believe were wrong, ignorant and stupid? because they felt that they could most benefit from their message. This is similar to what anti-flag did by joining RCA they did something they didn't fully agree with to spread change. Also, lets not forget that the clash who widely popularized punk were singed onto a major label. U
This will definitely be a single. It is precisely 3 minutes long which is perfect length for radio airplay without time edit. Plus it just sounds very radio-friendly, no more-so than "War Sucks, Let's Party", just radio-friendly nonetheless. I don't care, as long as they don't go as far down the shitter as Against Me!, with MTV commercials and songs that are so uncreative that they are impossible to get into.

i somewhat agree with you, there not as pissed off as they used to be. they've lost there fire, this albums missing its rage, its rebellion, the soul of punk.
They have been approached by many major recoed labels over the past 7 or 8 years and they alwaysturned them down. Untill RCA gave them complete freedom such asnot censoring their music. Also becauseof thechange their cd's are manufacturedin the countries they are sold. Making it cheaper andeasier for fans to buy. They switched to RCA to be heard on a larger scale to get their message out. & they'restill singing about importantissues...not howshiny theirrims are.
I've heard a few songs off the new album and I don't think they sold out. It still sounds like Anti-Flag and they still have the same political messages. But I'm a little disappointed that they didn't include the essays and stuff in the booklet like they ussually do.

Wrong. Anti-flag has sold out and backhanded the punk scene with this album. The lyrics are fucking idiotic, and the music is way to repetitive and is nothing like any of their good CD's. Another good band turned into crap by RCA.
