Dr. Whiting, If 99% of the bacteria in our gut are anaerobic organisms, why would you add oxygen and destroy everything? If oxygen is potentially harming 99% of the organisms in our gut, wouldn't that be doing the same harm as Antibiotics? Candida is a "Facultative Anaerobe" meaning it can live in both oxygen rich environments and oxygen deprived environments, so why use oxygen when you will be harming other good organisms in the body and not affecting candida?

I've had none of these things that he says, but I noticed white fibers on my tongue about an hour ago. I washed my mouth and ate an onion, hazelnuts and cheese. My friend has systemic I think. It can come back in force if you just stick to a diet as it just supresses symptoms. I have translucent worm like floaters with dot/circles at intervals along their length, they can be seen against a bright background. I've had these for a long time. A very low fat high raw vegan diet got ride of loads of health issues, but a couple remain including the floaters and white coated tongue, otherwise I feel ok. @commonsense2008 Have you had your pH checked? I have have tons of different symptoms I suspect are all candida related (including white coated tongue). My biologic dentist tested my pH and said I was very acidic (5.8) so I googled it and switched my eating to alkalinize my body and I have noticed a great reduction in my symptoms. I also take probiotic supplements. It takes a little time, I switched 1 month ago, not cured yet, but getting there.

I finally went to a Naturopath and she started me on heavy doses of Nystatin which I took for nearly 6 years. Only this medicine relieved me of the swelling in my cheeks. That is very true actually, I ate nothing but nuts & green leaves for about 3 months and took loads of stuff to kill it, and all the symptoms went,.. When I ate carbs again, even the tinyest amount, and it came back 10x worse. Sorry Dr. Whiting, but this does not make sense to me. As are all other yeasts, Candida is both aerobic and anaerobic. Yeasts thrive in both the absence and presence of oxygen. In fact, by supplying oxygen to candida, you will only proliferate the condition because it's aerobic respiration cycle produces way more energy.

Other than blood oxygen, what other oxygen is there? Why can't one sustain elevated oxygen 24 hours a day by inhaling O2 continuously (from a concentrator and/or Helios unit and nasal cannula? It does not relate to cellular oxygen. Your blood oxygen levels are fine and at that level will protect you from many low grade pathogens. Once candida has become significantly systemic however, it will not be enough to overcome. We have tried 02 inhalation and have found that it does not produce the same response once candida has become systemic.

BLood oxygen is one factor however if your candida is systemic you may still need extra available oxygen to kill off the overgrowth. You cannot sustain extra oxygen by inhaling 02. The best way is to take an oxygen supplement orally, which will raise oxygen availability for several hours every time you do so.

The use of stabilized oxygen as we do , produces no free radical activity in the body since disassociation is controlled and singlet oxygen pairs up in a fraction of a second. Hi. What about flax oil and Budwig diet, that was original developed for curing the cancer. That will also make something with oxygen in cells, maybe it also help to heal candida. Not only candida, but also deficit of omega-3 fatty acids, is now main problem of chronic diseases (many people do have both, as eating many sugary foods just raises omega-6 and doesn't contain omega-3 fatty acids, and also feeds candida). I find logical to do both, when healing chronical diseases.

Most who have systemic candida crave carbs all day long, so cutting them out you will get headaches and be miserable and it's not a cure.

I have translucent worm like floaters with dot/circles at intervals along their length, they can be seen against a bright background. I've had these for a long time. A very low fat high raw vegan diet got ride of loads of health issues, but a couple remain including the floaters and white coated tongue, otherwise I feel ok. After taking H2O2 drops for a few days and exercising loads, they are breaking up and not as distracting. I'll send links what they look like.

Using pure 35% hydrogen peroxide is something we do NOT recommend for several reasons. If mixed incorrectly it can be caustic due to the rapid release of oxygen. When you take the pure form in water, the oxygen releases in about 30 seconds.

The diet I had wasn't to provide relief as much as to try and starve the yeast and still nourish the good stuff. I had quite good results, and I had 300+ on my score. I'm going to check out your website info for sure, but I just wanted to say that the eating plans can be helpful...I guess maybe it's important to get a good one. I was lucky because my doctor had had this problem herself for years and didn't know, so she had had personal success with what she prescribed for me.

So..today I visit the 3rd doctor in a row who looks like me I am coming from the moon when I said "I suffer from a severe candida infection"

My biologic dentist tested my pH and said I was very acidic (5.8) so I googled it and switched my eating to alkalinize my body and I have noticed a great reduction in my symptoms. I also take probiotic supplements. It takes a little time, I switched 1 month ago, not cured yet, but getting there.

This guy is the real deal — I had Candida throughout 2010 — tried the yeast free diet and all that, Dr Whiting is right in that it doesn't solve the underlying problem.
I got the OxyFlush program and it worked, it isn't cheap but it will put an end to your suffering.

I finally went to a Naturopath and she started me on heavy doses of Nystatin which I took for nearly 6 years. Only this medicine relieved me of the swelling in my cheeks. I am from Australia and my doctor who specialises in Nutritional & Environmental Medicine recently found fungus cells in my blood from a Live Blood Analysis. That is very true actually, I ate nothing but nuts & green leaves for about 3 months and took loads of stuff to kill it, and all the symptoms went,.. When I ate carbs again, even the tinyest amount, and it came back 10x worse. You just need to carbs for a bit and boost the immune system til you feel better, there's no need to make yourself feel like shit!

Sorry Dr. Whiting, but this does not make sense to me. As are all other yeasts, Candida is both aerobic and anaerobic. Yeasts thrive in both the absence and presence of oxygen. In fact, by supplying oxygen to candida, you will only proliferate the condition because it's aerobic respiration cycle produces way more energy.

Other than blood oxygen, what other oxygen is there? Why can't one sustain elevated oxygen 24 hours a day by inhaling O2 continuously (from a concentrator and/or Helios unit and nasal cannula? It does not relate to cellular oxygen. Your blood oxygen levels are fine and at that level will protect you from many low grade pathogens. Once candida has become significantly systemic however, it will not be enough to overcome. We have tried 02 inhalation and have found that it does not produce the same response once candida has become systemic.

BLood oxygen is one factor however if your candida is systemic you may still need extra available oxygen to kill off the overgrowth. You cannot sustain extra oxygen by inhaling 02. The best way is to take an oxygen supplement orally, which will raise oxygen availability for several hours every time you do so.

well dr whiting i wanted to ask i heard that candida can live in places with low level oxygen or high level oxygen and i heard ur oxyflush use free radicals which are dangerous in the human body

Candida is anaerobic and is destroyed by elevating oxygen levels in the body. The use of stabilized oxygen as we do , produces no free radical activity in the body since disassociation is controlled and singlet oxygen pairs up in a fraction of a second. We have been using stabilized oxygen for over 25 years with absolutely no ill effects whatsoever.

Hi. What about flax oil and Budwig diet, that was original developed for curing the cancer. That will also make something with oxygen in cells, maybe it also help to heal candida. Not only candida, but also deficit of omega-3 fatty acids, is now main problem of chronic diseases (many people do have both, as eating many sugary foods just raises omega-6 and doesn't contain omega-3 fatty acids, and also feeds candida). I find logical to do both, when healing chronical diseases.

Fatty acids as found in flax oil helps to increase the absorption of oxygen to the cells but does not actually increase the amount of oxygen. For that you specifically need an oxygen supplement. Feel free to contact our offices for a referral to a company producing a stablized oxygen supplement.

Hey Dr. Whiting. I am thinking about getting Oxy-Flush b/c I have a lot of the symptoms associated with it and did the spit test that I've learned about through researching and actually legs started coming down withing 2-3 minutes from my saliva. Anyway, I have mild Tourette's Syndrome such as facial grimacing, muscle tightening, eye blinking and twitching diagnosed at age 7 . I read that there is a link b/w Tourette's Syndrome and Candida and was wondering if you know anything about this?

one more question, i take xanax for anxiety if i do purchase this oxy kit and start taking it can i still continue taking my anxiety med? Also if this works why isnt it in hospitals nation wide?....just curious

Yes, simply take you medication at a different time of day, and the oxy must be taken alone on an empty stomach.
