I just started 3 days ago as soon as I got my new skateboard and I rented this video from the library for starters. THIS VIDEO really HELPS!! I'm excited to buy my own copy next couple o bux I get. Ryan made this because he wanted to show everyone the effective of what's taught in Skateboarding Explained. He was taught the Exact System and Techniques in SE. When he got the DVD it helped him learn his fs flips and 360 flips & understand the mechanics of skateboarding on the highest level. He wasn't paid anything to do this. I am happy that he made it! Ryan is an awesome guy.
