  • awesome video. nicely edited and narrated

  • well my budget is uder 30 for the spyderco tenacious but i cant find any like that

  • Hahahaha. "First choice is the right choice for you." Like a person would only buy one knife. Yeah, right. Good video though.

  • @bobrhode2 since when does 'first' mean 'only'?

  • I prefer combination edges. I have a lake house and a city house, so you never know what youl need it for.

  • I love how neutral this video was; I love Spyderco but also like a lot of other knife manufacturers. Glad to see Spyderco taking the high road.

  • Possible legal restrictions aside, I can't imagine why someone would prefer a non-locking folder. Still, nice video. Spyderco is my favorite brand.

  • At 5:20 when they are cutting the newspaper, does anyone know what knife that is?

  • @ArmyBoyRFA

Very hard to tell but looks a little like the JD Smith.

  • @ArmyBoyRFA

It is Renegade. Shown in center at 5:55

  • @graf0 Ok thank you very much!

  • awesome intro to the knife world!

  • Great video. Very instructive.

But there is a serious quality issue with Mike Janich's voice recording.

He speaks from inside a closet or what ? ;-)

Voice recording is a very sensitive matter...

Also some deinterlace issues in the images pan's. But thos can be fixed very easily.

Many informations, dynamic editing and great pictures though.

  • Awesome video! Nicely done Mr. Janich!

  • Very timely video. Nice to see some of the disco'd models in the clip. Great work!

  • Nice video, I liked seeing those vintage Spydies!
