  • I've heard alot about pa kua in the past. I've been told that the training can be quite rigorous. ESPECIALLY the Iron Palm Fist training portion of it. Personally, I never studied it. But this is some GREAT training music. Very relaxing.

  • PAKUA=BULLSHIT!!!

  • he don´t know nothing of bagua

  • the worst instructor of bagua of all the times

  • haha..that distance punch is a joke - isn't it?

  • Cette vidéo est très bien , superbe vidéo , pourrez vous en faire d'autre s'il vous plait , merci encore

  • This Demo bears no resemblance to any Pa Kua I have seen here or in China. Pushing and pulling, together with big stepping in big circles, will get you killed on the streets. Where are the deadly and unexpected deadly palms of Pa Kua stiking. Pakua if taught correctly is a deadly and efficient street fighting system. This is not IT!

  • The best to mix it up with is MMA. Bagua/Pakua is to be used against multiple attackers. Sparing with MMA, Karate or Aikido practitioners shows a practitioner what works or doesn't work. See some stuff in a 48 or 88 form is impractical in a real fight. The problem I have where I live. People the teach Martial Arts for $. Don't want to get embarrassed. Even among Internal or External teachers, neither gather among themselves to train. Ego stops growth. William just needs better app videos

  • Pakua Chang is the same has Bagua Zhang. If depends what part of China or Korea a practitioner would hail from would dictate the pronunciation of this fighting style. All are base on the Eight Trigrams or changing palm. Both are based on DAOSIM. Tajiquan, Xing Yi & Pakua/ Bagua are like siblings. If a practitioner earnest practices one of these art forms. You will run into another practitioner that will introduce you to the other three. Go outside you school fight others that study other styles

  • do you know how to follow your student's chi???

  • dumbest shit ive seen allday thanx 4 the fearless video

  • I love and study bagua in china. First of all sensai is a master of the japanese arts, not the chinese, second of all his guard during the circle walk is wrong, third of all his feet crossed once or twice during the walk aswell. Sorry to be critical, im just a bitch.

  • @Jsadon100 It's sensei... not sensai... sensai just means "not trident"...

  • There is very little bagua in this film. I don't even know where to begin to list the postural problems I saw but the movements often lacked balance or power. Why on earth would someone who claims to be a bagua teacher use a Japanese title like Sensei?

  • Why do you call yourselves "sensei" if you're teaching a chinese martial art?

Wich style of Bagua is it?

  • @newbiE24 @newbiE24 Sorry but sweep its very dangerous when applied in true!

  • @piaten

Yes of course the name of this technic is the work of the nine palais! If you have an email I will send you a picture?

  • During less than 200 years, many famous masters have been trained in this style and at the same time have developed its techniques .Dong Haichuan was the first person who taught Bagua Zhang publicly. For many reasons, we believe that Dong Haichuan was the founder of Bagua Zhang . Dong taught Bagua Zhang in Beijing, only to high level master from different styles . He had great reputation for his fighting skill.

  • Some of your Pakua drills and applications remind me of some of the training I've done in Systema. The balancing drills especially and some of the applications early in the video. But of course as with all martial arts "They just do it a little differently" Awesome video though. Is that a "Precious Chicken Spreads its wings" application at 3:50-4:00?

  • Is this the same as "bagua zhang" or another style?? Great video:)

  • Sorry for the delay, yes off course is bagua zhang but more oriented combat in the real world. Thank for you appreciation. I just take a look to your video they also great...
