I can attest to adrenaline doing some amazing things. I was at the grocery store with my 2 year old daughter and while I had my back turned getting milk she unbuckled herself and stood up.I was probably a good 8 feet away. I turned to look at her and just as I looked the cart went forward and she flipped over falling head first. Somehow I caught her before she hit the floor. I barely remember it happening I just remember holding her upside down by the waist and my heart beating out of my chest.
