I will give them THREE brake light warnings instead of 2 - that sounds more fair. the first driver probably did what i would do - hit your brakes if the tailgaters don't back off after several warnings. all of the other idiots are at fault because they were following too closely or they would not have hit the person in front of them. there is no response that can justify any other answer of who's right and who's wrong. if people are impatient, then leave earlier. if you have road rage, take the freakin bus.

@DJKloop I was a jurror on a trial about 2 or 3 years ago. The person who was sued slammed on his brakes and caused the driver behind him to rear end the first driver. We found the man who slammed on his brakes guilty based on the evidence provided. We rewarded the man who slammed in the back of the driver who hit his brakes on purpose $550 thousand dollars.  It was an interesting case.

@hyerxmas Hummer is a terrible car, crash test relieve that a sedan volvo, mercedes or a bmw would be a safer car. hummer's sides are practically sidebar-less and that the only strong par is the front metal thingy

I love tailgaters, I just slam on the brakes and I've got myself a free new bumper and sometimes a new car. Honestly, I've done it twice and those tailgaters are none too please but it's 100% their fault

Actually, the only real "Hummer" is called the H1. All of the others are just Tahoe or other SUVs with different bodywork.... or so I've heard. :)

@cooldudepro And you arrive that this conclusion how? All 4 cars behind pickup should be at fault since they were all tailgating. Only one here innocent is the pickup. Hummer had to hit something to start it, so he definitely is part of the fault.
