alot of these cars have front ends with top and bottom ball joints with spring and shocker through spring im scratching my head how all this stay together when thumping up and down if a ball joint fails dosent the spring fly out someone that knows this stuff get back to me seeyous

@elapxidi You're referring to strut style suspension, more common in fwd cars and modern sports cars, most lowriders have a traditional setup with no shock between the springs. The hydraulic cylinder instead is atop the spring and under the spring tower, it extends and raises the car. Special balljoints are used, factory ones don't stand a chance. But they are not fail proof either, so sometimes they do give out as well.
