There were many times throughout this game where I would just stop and remain in a certain area due to the fear of progressing and not knowing what to next expect. But I gotta say...I so enjoyed the whole damn experience ! I've never been so immersed with fear and anxiety. It was like watching Aliens for the first time ! ; )

No this is why they arrive to the ship is because they call the engineer to fix it thats before Issac arrival to the ship.

So all of them are dead but not this game.You should buy or watch dead space downfall,it will tell you what happen the beginning of the outbreak necromorph and how it spread in short time in a big ship.

This is one of the best intros in gamimg for years. I especially like the musical cue when they spot the Ishimura. And the game is great. I hope Dead Space2 isn't a let down, trying to be too much and ending out failing.

my only worries are the game is shorter(making huge ass set piece like they have showed take a lot of time) and that Isaac dies at end from insanity(which they already said he was going crazy from the event's of deadspace 1)still if he does die and then the sequel they come up with a more generic main character musculated tough not scared at anything attitude i will lose a lot of interest in the franchise

Love this game. Already in my 3rd playthrough with pimped up guns, which tells us that mining equipment is a very dangerous tool of destruction. Not scary for me though, along with Resident Evil, only makes me jumpy on the surprise attacks. I'm more scared to ghost stuffs like Fatal Frame or FEAR.

Nope that's just planetary debris flying by. The shape and size does give the impression that it is a shuttle but it isn't.

Ishimura Shuttle 23 got out through the underbelly of the ship and left from the direction of the rear of the ship.

When I read RE 5 was on XBOX, I just said fuck because I knew they would fuck it up by having multiplayer and online play and not concentrating on gameplay and storyline. DUDE Isaac's girl was also in the deadspace movie.
