@MerkabaStar I agree partially, but I think this is helpful for people who think big biceps mean super strength. A lot of it is involving the wrist and forearms.
I find one arm pullup hangs are much more effective. Imo you dont need to do forearm exercises, squats, deadlifts, goodmornings etc.. shoudl all be enough!
i want this for not only tennis but for squeezing wrists so hard to cut off blood flow to hands. It comes in great when people have something u want/need and won't give it back. Leads to unconditional surrender...

My former gym trainer showed me this exercise, too. But I don't like working out my forearms seperately, I prefer hammer curls or indirect moves which train the forearms at the same time.
@ToughGermanWoman yeah hammer curls and reverse z bar curls seem to do my foreamrs fine, occasionaly ill do 5 mins on them but the hammer curls seem to do enough

to make your forearm muscles bigger, this is more bodybuilding than anything because its about getting your forearms somewhat symmetrical with the rest of you arms
