You know, I miss these old songs. We are not writing new songs that still talk about baptism in the Name of Jesus, and receiving the Holy Ghost like we used to. I just recently started singing and playing this song, and our people love it! Put the truth in your songs!
Pardon me Imfreee2, You apparently do not have an understanding of the Word. We realize that the way to God is through the Blood. Heb. 9:22, it takes blood to get sins remitted. Acts 2:38 the application of the blood is when you are baptized in Jesus Name for remission of sins. This is when the blood is applied. Im a former Trinitarian Pentecostal preacher that taught the blood is applied just when we "invite Christ into our heart" Thank God for the Revelation of the New Birth.
