I notice your using steel ammo, I`ve owned an AR15 since 1978 and spent 6 years in the Army, and I `ve only used brass ammo. I`ve never seen this with brass ammo, could it be your ammo choice. Try using brass ammo in the Pmags and see what happens.

Its user fault. ar 15's aren't porcelain dolls (despite what ak fans think) they're meant to withstand shit. yeah they have a few reliability issues but but no-ones ever complained they just fall to pieces. Out of my 12 mags on deployment 8 were p-mags(new ones) that I used in a L85a2. Only difference is that they're a little lighter and feel different.

i built an ar w/ a s&w lower, bought 6 new pmags,they all do that, but i've found it to be a problem cause the mfer wont fire a mag w/out the bolt riding up onthe round smashing it into the feed ramps...fed & rem ammo so far is all i've tried. any ideas???

I'm simply referring to the fact that his video was fine and pointed out the problems of some magazines and how his was severe enough to affect the performance of the gun. Where as TMHonefire didn't have an issue of the bolt seating properly even though his magazines did it. Just food for thought...

You guys DO realize the manual for your AR-15 SPECIFICLY says "pull the bolt back rapidly"...and your complaining when you pull it back slowly and something doesnt work right. If you dont use it correctly, its not going to work right....you know what if i put my AK rounds backwards in the mag...ZOMG it doesnt run! AK fail.
