is it dangerous to use? i mean if i buy one and accidentally drive it onto someone, what can happen? can it cut someone? do we have to be carefull woth these or can we be stupid brainless kids just having fun? :P...
@jwul28 Yes very dangerous. you should clear the area out from those excited kids and explain to them how dangerous it is. It can cut your skin with 2000 RPM rotor blade.
@jwul28 a 250 size heli will cut you, a 450 size will cute you and break your bone (possibly kill if in neck), same with 500, a 600 can flat out kill you if it hits your neck or torso, a 700 will chop off a limb no matter were (it could chop you in half (although never done))
Not to scare you, just to let you know what you are dealing with!
@RcReview2 cool! maybe i can get one and "accidentally" drive it onto my neibor's neck!... OUPS! ahahah just kiding i'll never get one of this, i'm too irresponsible and too poor ;).
Looks good but try hovering in idle up your rotor speeds decaying when you descend if you can fly with a fixed governed head speed the helicopter will hover and fly much better.

@tiimonboy : Its the lightning heli ones. Scopion 4 bales set. But if you better like the 3 blades set, you can build one with parts from the brand new 4F200 from walkera. You might need some adaptations, but it rocks on many scale helicopters... Be aware to correctly balance your blades before assembly. If 2 blades does not matter much, 4 blades is just much more reactive !!!
The reference of 5 and 4 is the same. If you look it from the top. It should be 90 degrees angle from the swash plate ball link to the center line of corresponding main blade.
Im using Heli-Lightning blade. Ill give you a tip. Use different colors of electrical tape and you can track it easily
awesome! I just put a 5 blade head on my HK450, my scale body should be here soon too, looks great! Any tips?

Where did you get the rotors/tail rotors and body? Will it fit on a BLADE 450? How fast is the response with that body on? Seems to fly well...
theexpertrcpilot 11 months ago
@theexpertrcpilot you get it in Aerodyne RC. It react really quick if its not set your swashmix to 45%.

Looks fantastic with the 5 blade main!

What is the reference of the 5 blade rotor and 4 blade tail?
Which blades are you using?
Is it hard to do the tracking? Specific settings I guess :)
I just order the same fuselage and I would love to switch to a 5 blade rotor :)
Thanks!
