If you change the boot order in BIOS to boot directly from the CD drive, you can completely wipe the hard drive and you don't have to worry about this shit.

worked all what i needed to do was to change my old windows on D:\ From Windows >>> Windows.old then Cleanup will detect it , it will not detect it if it was named windows or anything else
