Thats because G&W hasn't gotten around to resupplying the MMID with its shittily maintained/horribly painted units, and taking MMID's good units and dispersing them to a final fate of being completely wasted, and eventually scrapped. I live in Upstate new york, the home of the G&W, and in my opinion, G&W is a shortline killer. >: /
