I remember the first time i heard this song. I was in church and we were watching a video for Super Sumer, our church camp thins year. I heard the words "Be Still and Know I am God!" and i was so close to crying! I think that is when i really understood how blessed i was and how much i love Jesus&God.

But Jesus says ( in John 20 somewhere) : "Have you believed because you have seen me?(AP) Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed." God has given you free will to choose to bealive in Him or not, if He had shown himself to you, you wouldnt have had a choise to bealive or not bealive in him; you would have been forced to bealive and that is not true love. we dont see Him with our eyes. But its not true that God isn't here on earth. He shows himself everyday through his power by the Holy Spirit moving in people, He gives people healing,peace,help in the everyday life etc. And he has ended the evil in the world through Jesus, but again its our choise to follow Him. Then why did they enact separation of church and state? If God was a scare tactic, then they would expose us to Him all the time. It's just not logical to create a scare tactic, and then make a law to keep the church out of the government. The government doesn't make sure to expose us to it either, which they would also do if it was a scare tactic.
