actually they did come out a year or two earlier .. their first album was released in 97 or 98 or so. I blame it on lack of promotion...and also the fact that they mostly played concerts in cali, as opposed to mini tours in other cities and states. Also maybe if they had been on more tv, maybe even disney channel, especially as it was back then (gave Nysnc their first exposure in the US), they would have been huge. its a shame really, cause I consider them to be b etter than all of the others
