If I went to the same school as you, got the same grades as you, went to the same university as you - why should you get preferential treatment when it comes to getting a job?
BEE is not just racist against whites - it is saying black people of similar education and intelligence as white people need special treatment to get ahead - I.e. they are less capable.
Shame...

BEE is a racist policy - exactly following the dictionary definition...
Saying things like "the whites did worse to us for hundreds of years" is just a childish argument to justify something that is clearly contrary to the ideals on which a free nation can be built.
An economic empowerment policy which favors the majority, albeit to rectify inhumane past discrimination, needs to have an expiration date - even if it is 50 years.
Otherwise oppression and exploitation is the inevitable outcome.

Mbazima start by looking after your children not paying school fees and abandoning them is a crime.
No child of Zuma goes 2 bed hungry they even get the education he was denaid.

nothing new here, still same old ANC policy on AA & BEE. hopefully all that COPE acheives is to weaken the ANC so that they don't get a majority mandate!!
essentially the policies still suck, tehy are racist in that not all saffers are treated equally!! especially since most new graduates comming out of school and university have been educated under the ANC regime with equal opportunities so how would white graduates still be advanteged over the black ones.. racial bickering continues..

If they dont answer my Questions, well then lets just say. Good luck to them. Uganda, Rhuwanda, Congo, Mozambique, Zimbabwe, Angola here we come. Hey lets be equal, they want equal only for Blacks, then they will have the same as the rest of africa. Starvations on massive scales.

I like these COPE guys. They're intelligent and seem to be thinking through their policies. Unfortunately, I think they may have just lost my vote on the BEE & AA issue.
