If u watch one of the other tether videos, you can see on the close-up, that some of the objects are actually flying behind the tether. Too far away and too big to b debris. Fucking liers man

To me it looks just like objects with light being reflected off of them by the sun, making them appear to glow and be round, especially with the streamed footage not being the greatest definition.

Look at the trajectories of the objects at 1:24. They're not straight and free like most things traveling through space. I didn't look for more, but that is odd.

Some food for thought on the other hand: If the sun is reflecting light off of all of those objects, and the footage low definition, wouldn't it make them all appear to be round?

If you did see an object travel in a straight line, it would imply propulsion. The Shuttle doesn't travel in a straight line, neither does the ISS, or even the moon. They can't, because of earth's gravity.

Objects of different mass and drag coefficient will follow different paths to the shuttle, because the ionosphere is not a complete vacuum.

Expect curved trajectories people.

ontem eu estava tentando ver júpiter com meu telescópio, e vi uma forma parecida com essa quando eu olhava para o ponto de júpiter. Achei muito estranho, mas descobri que ele não estava muito bem focado, e dava para ver os espelhos do próprio telescópio. Quando eu focalizei melhor, ficou como um ponto mesmo. Pontos desfocados??? Cara, o conjunto do cabo do tether e o suporte, tinham 12 milhas de comprimento, uns 13 km e pouco. Os discos maiores foram calculados em 5 milhas de diâmetro. As câmeras da ISS na época eram digitais de baixa resolução. Não me leve a mal, mas é mais do que óbvio que aqueles OVNIs não eram "pontos desfocados" ou reflexos de lentes...

Ok I admit that this is facinating viewing but the sheer intensity and somewhat random movements have me confused. I would have thought it would have been a bit more co-ordinated if craft observing. Makes me wonder, I have seen Nasa vidoe of similar objects converging on lighting stoms over the earth (in many cases) and I believe that this experiment was designed to generate electricity from the atmo via the tether and satalite, maybe it was the electrical field that they were attracted to.

Perhaps they thought it could be some kind of crude Plasma weaopen being tested by using electricity to charge the atmosphere and produce a plasma field of energy, that perhaps could be directed at a target, hey for all we know maybe it was? All I know that this experiement failed after a huge unknown electrical build up which rip the tether from the shuttle. They are only streaking across and not moving randomly or with any sense of control which does not hint any form of intelligence.

So in a nutshell, nothing in this video is behaving in such a way that we see here on earth when it comes to UFO sightings, whether that is down to our gravitational field here on earth as opposed to out in space, i do not know, but with "proper" follow up research the conclusion and understanding of what this was could be made.

One thing to keep in mind is that the tether's width in the video is a video affect. It is known that the tether itself was a thin wire. The video affect may be distorting the horizontal width of the objects. The vertical length however is anomalous.
