Alright this is rediculous.

First of all, as I understand it, Trent doesn't play this song anymore because, for whatever reason, he just doesn't like it. That's all.

Secondly, the "drum solo" is not exactly a challenge to play on "real" drums. And even if it were "diffucult" to play live, why wouldn't they just run that part electronically?

This song would have fit in particularly well live a couple years ago, during that brief tour where it was just three guys playing mainly electronics.

maybe that and the fact of the drums being impossible to play is what has left that song "studio only".

I read in a maxim magazine years ago that covered absinth. THey experimented with a lot of absinth brand names only to discover that a lot of the so called absinth were nothing but bad tasting alcahol.

There were like 2 that were really good and that actually did give you a trip and about 2 that were mediocre.
