I watched other tutorials on how to do it but in the format part at the bottom right,must we put it in quicktime if we are going to put it in windows media player?if no,what format should it be?and could you tell me the settings you put in the format?

BackGround Image: Go To "Output", and then click change image location (folder icon), choose where your new image is and it will be replaced.
Lights: Simply Right Click On A Spot Lights "Ray" and then pick the "LightBulb" icon, click Spot..and then
from there you can change, the brightness & color
