It needs to be noted that unless the Leafs can find a new GM, this looks like "the mess that is known as the Maple Leafs" will play out for years to come.
Truthfully, just think about this- Burke hand picked how many of these guys....and they can't figure out what is wrong..... hummm...most fast food places would toss someone like this out faster then the stale food they serve.....and this is the "NHL"......
It's a matter of quality players...Leafs don't have the skill set to finish plays. You can throw 60 shots on net, but if majority of them aren't quality shots....it's not going to make a difference. Work ethic is there...but the skill isn't...Unfortuantely.

I really don't get it.
the leafs ALWAYS look like they're the better or at least equal to their opponents.
