  • The first thing that threw me off was the skinning scene. And then I found out this film was about necrophilia lol

  • the music, lugosi but it's the pedantic narration of BORIS KARLOFF, that stands out here..i love it when KARLOFF says "until tomorrow".

  • I love the use of Beethoven's 7th Symphony.

  • Bela was a gorgeous man, makes me wish I was alive in the 1930's.I would've loved to have written a fan letter to Mr.Lugosi.So tall, dark and handsome.

  • Bela was such a handsome man,One of my favorites movies next to the original Dracula.

  • Bela was such a handsome man,

  • great use of the second movement from Beethoven's 7th Symphony ..Entire soundtrack is made up of familiar classical pieces.

  • please upload the entire film!!!

the quality off this is fabulous and I so want to see this film

(I'm sure many others would also delight in viewing this classic)

  • Great horror movie.

  • I second adding other scenes. This uploaded in great quality and I'd like to see the rest of the movie on YouTube :)

  • You should upload more scenes! Especially the ending, the scene where Peter allison mistakes Bela's character for hurting instead of helping his wife. You know..Bela's monologue.. "It's the red swithc, isn't it, Hjalmar? The red switch ignites the dynamite".

Brilliant movie. And this scene you uploaded has always been a favorite of mine. The camera work with monologue and music is ahead of its time!! "Are we not both the living dead?"

  • One of the best movies ever made.
