He was born 3 monthes early the doctors would not evan let me see my own son he was born 2lbs 10oz and 15 1/2 inches long. the doctors told me be ready because my son could die. i was not able to hold him for a month after he was born it's a very scary sight to see your child in the hospital fighting for his or her life. now because of great doctors my son is 9month old and is very healthy. premature births happen but god got me through it.

I saw this in professorbenices class and started to cry. I started to think of my first baby that i lost.Had him at 4 1/2 months. I never got to hold him.But how I get to hold my second baby who is how 3 years old and its the best feeling in the world.

It is so sad to see babies like that. They are so innocent and have done nothing to deserve all the problems they encounter. Not only for the child but it such an emotional rollercoaster for the parent also. Some premature births are preventable and some are not. Mothers must do what they can to keep them and their babies healthy.

I just don't know how pregnant women sometimes don't take care of themselves throughout their pregnancy.,.,don't they realize a lot of immature babies don't make it in life. Ther's a low percentage of permature babies that actually survive.,.,after their mothers had been exposed to drugs while their pregnancy.
