@loolwow The only problems I really ran into were intake gaskets, I went cheap and used some fel-pro ones which wouldn't work with the aftermarket aluminum intake, so if you are going to get a different intake, get the recommended gaskets for that intake. Other than that, make sure the bearings are in the right spot, all bolts to proper torque, pushrods sat good in lifters, and check everything real good.
that second start sounded perrrfect..sounds and looks like you did a great job. that engine looks like its runnin smooth..i couldnt even see any vibration! my old man and i just got a 67 f250 camper special to work on together. (auto trans, 352, strait body, NO rust) just little bullshit bugs to work out after the rebuild.

nice im in the start of doing a rebuild on one, is that clark tranny a overdrive or is fifth just a 1:1 raito?

The fifth gear is just a 1:1. It is a Clark 265 I believe.
