Hi am about to undergo nipple reconstuction after breast cancer. Thank you everyone for their comments and for the bravery of the woman who underwent this surgery and put this vidio up.

@eyeriz87 no, the ducts do not have a way to move milk out of the constructed nipple.

Next week, I get my nipple reconstruction surgery done. I'm hoping for a good outcome naturally. Main thing they tell me is not get my bandages or wound wet. Don't let new nipple get squashed in such a way as to cut off blood supply, and everything will end the end look fine. They say it first, the new nipple will look ridiculous, but that is to be expected. Ooh, the surgery looks so funky! Hope it turns out alright. I imagine this is how my surgery will look afterwards.
