  • It's stupid music....

  • what's this music?

  • that thing is fucking huge !

  • Do they show both wing factories in the UK within this video?

  • LOL at 0.36 it says SEX MACHINE

  • It's because of James Brown's death, a listing of his greatest hits.

  • @CrapYouAPPLES It's a man's world... hahaha

  • i see the airbus industrie olso the a 380 in build its not realy big! its just 73meters long

i am 12 years an come from belguim !!

  • that song is great, what name?

  • Song PLS?

  • Battlefield Theme Song

  • Filton, Bristol in the UK make the wings of the Airbus =)

  • It's pretty amazing what us human beings can do when we put our minds together

  • you're exactly right

  • Thats a very good, and a very bad thing.

  • Pity there's no vid of the Emeriates crew totalling one of theirs in a engine start up

balls-up! no wonder they still ride camels.

  • how many months did the building of A380 took? any1 can answer it?

  • What is the music, it sounds VERY familiar? Is it Bal Sagoth?

  • Amazing... really a great airplane, but i can hardly wait to see the Boeing 787 Dreamliner...

  • hope that ANA will choose the A380 and not the B747-8...

  • Battlefield Music lol.

  • awesome man,i love the videos where "sci-fi" wins lol!!!!!!

  • Love the Battlefield music, good job =D

  • what do you mean ...Can Boeing match the A380 someday? thy dont need to cos that make the a380 why would thay wana match it?

  • who knows? maybe some day Boenig also makes double deckers?

  • @jannej312 i dont really like double deckers. Its not really double deckers that make an aircraft look cool besides this airplane is too ugly. Why can't the airbus make beautiful aircrafts instead of bulky shaped planes.

  • @jannej312 the boeing 747 is a double decker.

  • @jannej312 They did. Then wats the Boeing 797-200.See the photo

  • We all know that the 747 is the closest thing to the A380...but my question is...Can Boeing match the A380 someday?

  • Someday boeing will have a suitable market competitor to the A380 but for now all boeing has to set with 747-800

  • btw its 747-8. don't worry, i used to make the same mistake :P

  • they have another tactic and tried to do the same like the a380 in the 90s and stoped the program because nobody want it

  • LOL the music...

my favorite aircraft us the SU-47 -_-

  • What do you know about airplanes to say that? Or you are just a patriotic american?

  • Yeah he/she is correct.I know because my cousin has the Boeing magazine. The both of us love airplanes.

  • the boeing 787 has more orders then the a380 and it has not evan entered service yet.

  • Comment removed

  • the 787 opponent is A350 XWB and not the A380, you can't compare 787 with A380

And the A350 XWB is more technicaly advanced, more efficient fuel consumption, more attractive design, and has everything to be an succes and to defeat 787 dreamliner

  • A380 enters it own on long haul flights. Boeing will be less efficient on these legs. Inter-hub legs will be a battle between the A350 and 787. Currently the 787 looks to have the edge in orders.

  • totally agree

  • I like Concorde best than any of these aircrafts, but don't forget, the Airbus 380 is made by the same group, the same manufacture in Touluse(France). They just don't want to use supersonics engine for commercial aircrafts,as Concorde had it.Their priority is safety;slower but safer.

    Nonetheless,i've missed CONCORDE.!!!...

  • Man.... how many concords did crash and how many boeings did?

  • Man...how many Concords were, and how many boeings are?...!!!

  • Smaller business jets (think learjet sized) are the new target for supersonic transport. Mass movements via a very few supersonic craft (such as the Concorde) is just not cost effective at this stage. Maybe in a few decades it can be looked at again (hypersonic and ballistic are possibilities).

Still - the Concorde was a great flagship and a wondrous machine.

  • Don't forget, BAC, the manufacturer of Concorde absorbed into Airbus Aerospatiale. Maybe in future Airbus have the way to create another supersonic plane.

  • yea but thunk abou the gas! 1 miil dollars for gas!

  • Oh, almost forgot. I don't find any of these aircrafts impressive, give me back "my" Concorde please. roughly 4 hours to get from one side of the pond to the other; that was great, these crafts are unmodern IMHO. Granted, more silent, more comfy, but way to freaking slow!

  • Oh, I almost forgot. I don't like any of these aircrafts, why? to freaking big and way to slow. I prefered the Concorde which was faster, besides more noisy and less comfortable it was IMO still more modern than any of the aircrafts I have mentioned. Just loved ending up on the other side of the pond within 4 hours...awesome ;)

  • Well, this aircraft can not be compared to the coming Boeing 787 (Dreamliner). The Boeing 787 will be compared to the coming Airbus A350 XWB :)

  • very,very good video!!! amazing!!!

perfect combination:subject of this video with that kind of music(really nice melody)

Very good job of Airbus regardless of delays, but i can hardly wait to see the Boeing 787,so i can compare. Then we can comment.

  • cool ;)

  • hey nice video...can anyone say from where can i download such videos

  • good thing boeing can build the ordered 787's by 2014 than airbus a380s that would take years....

  • Airbus originally projected it would break even on the A380 with its 270th delivery of the jet, but that break-even number has ballooned to 420 following the model's costly delay problems. AP says Airbus currently "has logged 189 orders or firm commitments for the plane."

  • few years propably

  • What are you smoking? In todays world plane manufacturing cant take years. They need at the moment for the assembly roughly 2 months. But once FAL ramps (2010) up it will be 45 yearly this makes = almost 1 per week.

  • maybe he ment: how long time it takes from the order to the delivery? that must be some years at least (at the moment especially)

  • Airbus has gone though five CEOs as multiple delays in the A380 program resulted in massive write-offs and a restructuring plan that foresees 10,000 job cuts over four years — not to mention billions of dollars in lost profit.

Such delays have hurt more than just profits: Airbus' reputation has suffered, and U.S. rival Boeing Co. grabbed the top sales spot in 2006.

  • Maybe, but nothing can change the fact that A380 is a new "clean sheet" design and Boeing is 40 years old.

  • fucking crazy i wonder how long it takes them to build one of thoz

  • that video is sow nice

the airbus a380 is sow nice i like that airplane sow much

  • The plane isn't finished yet! After wings and motors are assembled in Britain, the fuselage and wingsparts as many other parts are produced in Germany, different parts are made in Spain, elements are compounded in Toulouse, this flying shell has to be completed in Hamburg/Germany where all the elaborate technical installation, wiring and interior is done.

  • nice backround music!!! BF 1942!!!

  • that music is from Battlefield 1942 :D

  • i swear i know that music from some game....is it modal of honor or call of duty or some sort of world war first person shooting game!

  • cnc generals :P

  • game battlefield 1942 im sure!

  • Super cool!

  • Thanks for this video!!!
