if getting super tired and going to the gym makes you do things like this ....then as far as i am concerned you can live at the gym.....and only come out to do this...uffff ...i can't wait till i get one of "them" poles for my wife....do you think the better the pole ...the more i spend on it the more chance my wife will have to dance like you?.....anyways....you are so good at conveying the feelings you must have when you do this...thank you for sharing all this with us....

Hi, I'm looking into buying a pole and I was wondering: why don't you use a spinner pole? Your moves always look great anyway, but do you consider spinners to be cheating? Do they make you too dizzy or is a static just your preference.

Also: what type of pole do you use? Length, width, material.

How high is your ceiling. Any help or suggestions would be great.

If you had to buy a pole now...would you buy the same one you have???

Spin poles just make me dizzy...I need to practice more on them. ;-)

I use Lilminx Pole, but I would buy the Platinum Stages one if I knew better. I have an 8 ft ceiling, so it's not great, but it works for now.

That was the sexiest, most outrageous slow crawl to the pole! Then, to top it off with the handstand, flip, and ab-up to the pole sit--this is a tired day for you? LOL! The Aysha straight from the leg hook was an acomplished move--so many dancers struggle to get that Aysha and you made it look like you just "fell" into it by accident! I loved the ending arch to bridge, to gentle "fall"--right on the last note of the song. Love this album, by the way--same one as Blue Moon Elvis cover, right?
